This template is used to produce coloured boxes for quotes with big speech marks. These might not display probably in tables that have a class as it will override the settings for the quote box.

- QUOTE: The quote.
- SPEAKER: The speaker of the quote. This just governs the colour of the box and text as listed on Template:C. If left blank, the text colour is default black and the box is made transparent with no border.
- CITATION: This is the source of the quote comes from. The citation needs to be wrapped in <ref></ref> tags. This is not a mandatory variable but should be included.
- DESCRIPTION: This is the description of the quote, including who, why and when it was said.
